It is mandatory to have pre booking in order to guarantee your seats.

As early as you can in order to guarantee your flight as per your requirements.

Kids above 2 years can only fly and children are charged full price as due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat.

Any time is good to fly as per your day schedule.

Cancellation will be free of charge , 72 hours before the tour day

If there is reduced visibility, then we may still be able to fly. In the case of bad visibility we may need to cancel flights. We will do our best to notify you as soon as we know your flight will be canceled; the weather in Dubai can change quickly so this may be last minute. We will always try to reschedule your flight. If you are unable to reschedule your flight, it is fully refundable.

We would like you the customer to get the best experience possible and have the best views therefore if we feel that customers will be disappointed with their tour due to the visibility we will cancel.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, we require you to contact us on +971 50 919 5154 at least 48 hrs prior your flight.

You can reschedule your flight at no charge if you contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your flight time.

Yes, for your convenience there is parking right outside the terminal building.

We ask you to check-in 45 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time to ensure that all of our flights depart on time. If you are running late, we may not have you ready for your flight to depart on time and you may miss your flight. We will always do our best to accommodate you on a later flight if available; however we cannot guarantee that you will be able to fly.
